Building Compliance and Facilities Management
Our Building Compliance team manage, coordinate and inspect specified systems to enable building owners to obtain their Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
We have a thorough knowledge of the Building Act 2004 and other legal obligations under the BWOF regime. Our experienced, qualified staff carry out inspections to ensure compliance and facilitate any necessary remedial work. As approved IQP (Independent Qualified Person) service providers, we are qualified to inspect specified systems and ensure that necessary maintenance occurs.
